The t-Rump sycophants in the House, Senate and his @$$ kissing “Cabinet," are ALL able somehow to walk, talk and live without a spine or a soul.
Reminds me of an old comedy bit from Jerry Clower:
He asks his friend, Marcel Ledbetter, “How are you doing today?"
Marcel: “Tolerable."
He asks: "What's that mean?”
Marcel: “I'm able to take nourishment but I don't feel like workin’!"
When I heard that joke decades ago, I didn't realize how prophetic it was!
Today's Republican party is like Marcel Ledbetter! They can bow, kneel and worship their orange Faux King without courage or a soul!
Tragically, there are a few Democrats in Congress like Fetterman who fit that description too! The Citizens United ruling made MONEY the substitute for competence, decency and honesty in our political system!
I don't know if Fetterman's stroke had anything to do with his spine being removed but one trip to Mara Lago and he's become a giant, cowardly puppet in shorts!
This Supreme Court has been corrupted to the point of uselessness! When Roberts was confirmed, I hoped that his respect for the “Rule of Law" would overrule his tendency toward right wing ideology but that has proven to be wrong!
Watching Thomas, Alito and the three t-Rump appointees slither through important cases like the demonic serpents they are has been heartbreaking!
Bribery by billionaires has become a political addiction not unlike the heroin addicts who would steal Mom's or grandmother's pension check to get a “FIX!"
Souls and spines shouldn't be “For Sale!"
The only cures for this cancer which threatens our 250 year old system of government are the chemo and radiation treatments of protest and VOTES!
There are supposed to be three legs supporting our constitutional democracy. "Checks and Balances” have worked to keep the governmental stool from tipping over and being destroyed since our founding fathers broke away from the KING who tried to break their efforts toward justice, freedom and democracy.
Today, our "Stool” is leaning because of the weakness of the legislative and judicial “Leg$" being corrupted and weakened by greedy billionaire oligarchs who have purchased political power!
As a devout atheist, I pray that we survive the absolute EVIL of t-Rump and this catastrophic cult of ignorance, racism and grift!

You got it Chuck just like addicts only with money. Eventually most of the public will figure out that it all about money. If you research the Tyelonol scare you will find out it was about crushing the manufacturer so that a larger Trump connected company snapped it up in a fire sale. Being a mental health provider I have seen the damage to my clients and myself. Clients lose their coverage and I keep seeing them anyway. You cannot contact the insurance companies to determine why they are not paying you. Even Medicare is impossible to deal with. This greed has slowly spread to other industries across America. Throwing the bum and his cabinet out of office is not enough we must demand their prosecution as criminals strip them of their privileges and throw them in jail, we must fine them big time and take away their money. We must protect those that they harm especially immigrants and women. We must do this ourselves. For example months ago I contacted some immigrants that have worked for me, excellent work at a fair price, I do not know their immigration status nor do I care. I contacted one of these gentleman whom I know has a family and offered them the protection of my home. I have said it once and I will say it again… in the Anatta Sutra Siddhartha Gautama said “… in all worlds there is no protector. You must do it yourself”!
